The North Face

The North Face partnered with Refinery29 to inspire more women to embrace outdoor sports. As part of the “Never Stop Exploring” campaign, I created and led a live event series designed to foster community, spark conversation, and showcase diverse female athletes. From concept to execution, I oversaw event production, talent casting, and editorial extensions, ensuring the campaign had impact beyond the event itself. The result? A sold-out series, 1.69M video views, 5.33M impressions, and a sequel event the following year.

Hosted at Yonder in East London, the first event combined a panel talk with women-led climbing sessions, bringing together three inspiring voices. To extend the conversation beyond the event, we created custom editorial and social content, amplifying the voices of our talent and distilling key takeaways for a wider audience.

Building on the success of year one, The North Face returned for a sequel event at Village Underground. This time, we combined a film screening with a panel talk and a guided sound bath meditation, further strengthening the brand’s connection to women’s sport and outdoor culture.
